BOOKING FORM
This conference is free to attend but an administration fee may be charged if you fail to attend on the day. Please see terms & conditions for information.
The conference is free to attend, however places are limited and if you book and fail to attend on the day you may be charged an administration fee of £20.
If you wish to cancel your booking you must give written notice to Contact the Elderly of such cancellation to avoid paying the cancellation charge. If you cancel your booking less than 5 working days prior to the event a charge may be made unless you arrange for your place to be taken by a colleague .
Contact the Elderly reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue should this become necessary and without notification. In the unlikely event of Contact the Elderly having to cancel the conference, Contact the Elderly will have no liability to delegates arising out of such cancellation.
Contact the Elderly will not be held responsible for travel, accommodation, or other contingent expenses for delegates who fail to attend the conference for any reason.
